Jo helps Arnie, one of her waifs and strays by getting him a job at the pub. When teenagers are suspected of drinking and Arnie is there, Jo warns them off. This will come back to Jo, as one girl there goes missing and Arnie takes the blame for everything; as the teenagers are his friends, even though the police know he is being used and they have to find the missing girl as soon as they can. There aren't many times in your life when you get to really enjoy something this good. Luckily, Ben Mcleay's portrayal of Archie Waters graced the silver screen, and although it was only for one episode, it was the equivalent of watching every series 10 times over. Because it was just THAT GOOD! After watching this episode, I was convinced that Ben Mcleay (although only human) was the eighth wonder of the world. WOW! "But they're my friends." This line was delivered with such emotion, it made me question, "why isn't Ben Mcleay in Hollywood films?" He is so brutally underrated. However, this also begs another question, "where is Ben now?" Did he leave his life on the silver screen for love? for family? or was there another reason? We will just have to hope, that Ben Mcleay will be back.
